HICKORY, NC (March 21, 2017)…The Western Piedmont Youth Symphony will perform their Spring Concert on Monday, April 10 at 7 p.m. in the Drendel Auditorium on the SALT Block. General admission with open seating is $7 per person or $25 for family of 4 (includes NC sales tax). The Western Piedmont Youth Symphony is celebrating 44 years of music and music education.
These young and talented musicians have been hard at work preparing for this concert. Directed by their new conductor, Joby Brunjes, the Youth Symphony boasts a full complement of strings, woodwinds, brass and percussion. The Youth Symphony is sponsored by vonDrehle Corporation, Pepsi-Cola Bottling of Hickory and Corning. Come and support our young musicians.
Western Piedmont Symphony is a grant recipient of the North Carolina Arts Council and a funded affiliate of the United Arts Council of Catawba County.
