Western Piedmont Symphony Opens 52nd Season

solomon-eichner-4HICKORY, NC (September 19, 2016)…Under the direction of Maestro John Gordon Ross, the award winning Western Piedmont Symphony will be kicking off their 52nd year of beautiful music in the newly remodeled P.E. WPS is pleased to present pianist, Solomon Eichner, as our first guest artist. Selections for the evening include: Trittico Bottecelliano by Respighi, Tombeau de Couperin by Ravel, and Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto #3 in D minor, Op. 30.
