LENOIR, NC (December 18, 2020) — The City of Lenoir will close two lanes of West Avenue in front of the old Caldwell County Emergency Medical Services building, 616 West Ave., at 7:00 am Monday morning. The lane closure is will help contractors with the demolition of the County’s building. The lanes will remain closed for five to six hours, barring any unforeseen issues.
