Swingin’ Wingin’ Moon in June this Friday in Downtown Lenoir – Postponed to Friday, June 21, 2019

LENOIR, NC (June 6, 2019) —The Swingin’ Wingin’ Moon in June Festival in Downtown Lenoir has been postponed due to inclement weather. The new date will be Friday, June 21, 2019.


LENOIR, NC (June 4, 2019) — Head to Downtown Lenoir this Friday, June 7, 2019, for a night of music, dancing, and fun during the Swingin’ Wingin’ Moon in June concert!

Chad Triplett & Two Lane Blacktop will start off the show playing country, and Throwdown Jones will finish out the night with rock ‘n’ roll.

Visit a downtown restaurant before the music starts or grab a bite to eat from a food vendor on the square. We’ll have some tasty chicken wings and cold brews will be available to help you beat the heat.

Swingin’ Wingin’ Moon in June will feature a Corn Hole Tournament with a cash prize. First Place wins 50% of the cash payout. The tourney will begin at 6:00 pm on the Main Square in Downtown Lenoir. The registration fee for the tournament is $25. Visit www.DowntownLenoirNC.com/june/ to download a registration form. Turn in forms to Kyle Case at City Hall. You can also register Friday starting at 5:30 pm.
