LENOIR, NC (November 20, 2018) — Local artist Sigrid Hice returns to Caldwell Arts Council to teach her ever-popular star ornament book project. For $15 (or only $10 each for a parent/guardian with children), you’ll get everything you need to create two star ornament books!
This Make-and-Take class will be offered Saturday December 1st 10am-12noon for Age 12 to Adult.
