We are excited to do this event which Adams Events accepting donations at the gate, as the entry fee including, nonperishable food items, band instruments, school supplies, and money. The food and half the money will go to the Yokefellow of Caldwell County. And the school supplies, band instruments, and the other half of the money will be donated to the Communities in Schools program of Caldwell County to be sure that children in our county receive what they need to start the new school year. Also, raffle money collected the day of the event will be split between the two organizations as well.
We hope you will take a moment to look more into coming to the event or joining us as a vendor, sponsor, or donor. The applications to become a vendor or sponsor are attached. If your business would like to donate an item to be raffled or just make a monetary donation for our two wonderful causes for this event, please contact Carrie Adams as soon as possible. We are also still searching for 2 performers for our stage the day of the show if you know anyone interested have them contact me. You can also see the information below for how to look at our website, Facebook page, or join our Facebook vendor group, as well as the Facebook event.
If you have questions, please contact me as soon as possible. Or, you are welcome to fill out one of the applications and mail it in to join us. If you are accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter with more information about the event. If we have your company covered, or run out of spaces, we will email you and return or shred your check per your instructions, or you could possibly roll the money into one of our other events. Each event Adams Events has will include charitable organization donations.
We strive to not only bring great events for our community to enjoy, but to also help businesses grow, and to help raise awareness and funding for great causes.
