LENOIR, NC (March 15, 2019) — On March 14th, 2019 at 9:03 pm officers from the Lenoir Police Department’s Narcotics Unit and the Lenoir Police Department’s Special Response Team with the assistance of the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at the residence of 1301 Jolly Pl. Lenoir, NC 28645. While conducting the search of the residence investigators found and seized 2.8 grams of methamphetamine, 1 sawed off shot gun, and $510.00 in US currency. According to North Carolina State guidelines, the seized drugs were valued at $435.00.
Adam Daly, Brittany Greene, Carolyn Gibson, and Michael Coffey were arrested at the scene. Adam Daly was charged with 1 count of Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell, or Deliver Methamphetamine, 1 count of Felony Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling for Controlled Substance, 1 count of Felony Possession of a Weapon of Mass Destruction, and 1 count of Felony Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Daly received a $100,000.00 secured bond and an initial court date of 03/15/2019. Brittany Greene was charged with 1 count of Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell, or Deliver Methamphetamine. Greene received a $20,000.00 secured bond and an initial court date of 03/15/2019. Carolyn Gibson was charged with 1 count of Felony Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling for Controlled Substance. Gibson received a $10,000.00 secured bond and an initial court date of 03/15/2019. Michael Coffey was charged with 1 count of Felony Possession of Methamphetamine. Coffey received a $15,000.00 secured bond and an initial court date of 03/15/2019.
