LENOIR, NC (April 16, 2018)…The City of Lenoir Public Works Department has closed a section of Westview Street until workers can repair a 14-plus-foot sinkhole on the side of the road. Westview will be closed between Grove Avenue SW and Wright Street SW indefinitely. The sinkhole was discovered earlier today, Monday, April 16, 2018.
