HUDSON, NC (November 10, 2016)…As the Holidays are fast approaching, SCHS’s Freshman Academy teachers are thinking about their students. The SCHS Freshman Academy teachers have partnered with Barnes & Noble in Hickory to raise funds for our students through a Holiday Bookfair starting Sunday, December 4th at 2:00 pm. Our dedicated teachers will be there in their Tackiest Holiday Sweaters to help you pick out the perfect gifts and wrap your purchases in exchange for donations for our students. The band, Nunya Bizness, will be performing in the evening hours, and the Cafe will have specialty items to purchase to further help our cause.
Upon check out, please tell the cashier you are supporting SCHS’s Bookfair and ten percent of the profit from your purchase will come back to the Freshman Academy. If you are shopping online, please go to our website to obtain the Bookfair voucher code, and use it during check out.
