Sails Original Music Series in Hickory features Seth Walker

HICKORY, NC (September 06, 2016)…Friday, September 9 at 6 p.m., the City of Hickory’s 2016 Sails Original Music Series will continue with Seth Walker, a singer-songwriter and blues guitarist.

With influences from country, rock, and pop, Walker has crafted a clean electric guitar tone and soulful vocals.

Sails Music Coordinator, Bob Sinclair, said of Walker, “He’s such an entertainer, great guitarist and singer, a talented writer and he has family in the Hickory area. So it’s going to be a party when he joins us under the Sails.”

The show begins at 6 p.m. and audience members are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Olde Hickory Brewery and Silver Fork Winery will sell beer and wine in designated areas, and there are a variety of close-by restaurants to patronize.
