Patrick and Kay Crouch to perform at the next Caldwell Heritage Museum’s “Coffee with the Curator”
LENOIR, NC (December 2, 2016)…The Caldwell County husband and wife musician team of Patrick and Kay Crouch will present “Christmas Time Back Home,” as the next “Coffee with the Curator” program for the Caldwell Heritage Museum in Lenoir at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 14th.
For this Christmas season treat, the duo will perform a program of popular mountain carols and they will lead sing-a-longs as well. Patrick and Kay will perform with a variety of instruments to give the program a “world music flavor.”
Patrick and Kay have been entertaining audiences with a blend of vocal harmonies and solid instrumental foundation, in a variety of acoustic musical styles. With Roy Shuffler they perform as the group “Strictly Clean and Decent,” presenting an eclectic repertoire that includes modern folk songs by American, Canadian, and Irish songwriters and the fiery breakdowns and songs of family and home.
The Coffee with the Curator presentation is open to the public. Coffee and pastry will be provided. A contribution $5.00 is requested, but not required.
The Caldwell Heritage Museum is located at 112 Vaiden Street, on Davenport Hill, in downtown Lenoir.
