Our community needs your help!

CALDWELL COUNTY, NC (October 27, 2017)…Good Morning Faith Community Partners:

Our community needs your help!  As you are aware, sections of our county have been devastated by recent storms.  Efforts continue to restore the many households affected.  Caldwell County has a generous heart, and our County Emergency personnel have been diligent in making connections to much needed resources.

This morning Kenneth Teague passed a request along to Yokefellow.  There is an organized team coming to Caldwell County next Wednesday.  They are being housed at Poovey’s Chapel Baptist Church.  Our community needs to step up with good breakfast every morning (7:30am), hearty bag lunches for every day in the field (11:30am)  and a good hot dinner at the end of the day (6:00pm).  The breakfasts and evening meals will be served at Poovey’s Chapel, and lunch meals will be served from Grace Chapel Fire Department.

I know so many have asked, “what can I do?” and this is an opportunity to serve these crews for this week as recovery efforts continue.  Kenneth has asked that Yokefellow coordinate this feeding schedule, and I will report the schedule to him next Wednesday.  Please respond to me with your questions and your offerings as I start a spreadsheet schedule.

PLEASE HELP!!
