HUDSON, NC (March 20, 2017)…Charles Whitlatch, age 88, of Hudson went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Caldwell Memorial Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Ballard County, KY, son of the late Walter and Lorene Alexander Whitlatch.
Mr. Whitlatch was retired from the furniture industry in Lenoir, NC.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Kathleen Hollar Whitlatch; two sisters, Josephine Lofton and Mary Sue Hale; one brother Walter E. Whitlatch Jr.
Mr. Whitlatch is survived by one son, Rick Vincent of Montee, FL; three sisters, Dorothy Hale of Risen, AR, Juanita Martin of Rolling Fort, MS, and Oleita Stuart of Rolling Fort, MS.
All services will be private.
