This investigation was the direct result of community complaints and partnerships.  Chief Brown stated, “I am thankful for the community complaints and the long hours our officers dedicated to this investigation.  We never take these cases lightly, but are always more effective when members of the community serve as our ‘force multiplier’ by seeing something and saying something.”
