As a result of the investigation, agents located and seized approximately 383 grams of methamphetamine, digital weighing scales, an assault rifle, a pistol, two shotguns, one ounce of high grade marijuana and $3,000 cash from the residence. The methamphetamine has a street value of $57,525 according to North Carolina State Drug Guidelines.
Robinson was charged with one count of felony trafficking in methamphetamine by possession and one count felony maintain a dwelling to keep/store a controlled substance. He was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond on the charges and has a first appearance in District Court in Lenoir on January 23, 2019. If convicted, he faces a mandatory prison sentence.
