Hudson Middle School students visit CCC&TI

HUDSON, NC (March 24, 2017)…Hudson Middle School students visited CCC&TI on Friday, March 24, 2017 who were learning about health sciences career and training opportunities.

Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute President Dr. Mark Poarch greets a group of students from Hudson Middle School who were touring the Caldwell Campus’ health sciences facilities on Friday. The tour included information on Nursing, Speech Language Pathology Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, Radiography, Cardiovascular Sonography, Medical Sonography, Medical Assisting and Nuclear Medicine Technology. More than 200 Hudson Middle School students participated.

Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute Nursing Program Clinical Coordinator Jane Arendas demonstrates the “Sim Man” training technology for a group of students from Hudson Middle School who were touring the Caldwell Campus’ health sciences facilities on Friday. The tour included information on Nursing, Speech Language Pathology Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, Radiography, Cardiovascular Sonography, Medical Sonography, Medical Assisting and Nuclear Medicine Technology.
