Hudson Festival of the Arts in Downtown Hudson set

HUDSON, NC (October 19, 2016)…The Hudson Festival of the Arts will be held Saturday, Nov. 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The festival will include local art, music, storytelling, crafts and gifts as well as wine and coffee tasting.

The Local Bean and Windmill Park will be host to performances by musicians, artists displaying their works and the opportunity to taste coffee from NC roasters and wine from the Twisted Vine Winery. There also will be interactive painting and pottery making demonstrations, local fare, storytelling for children and adults, and artisan crafts and gifts.

Music will be provided by Sycamore Bones, Acoustic Kin, Allen Crowe, Hot Club of Lenoir, Second Shift and MaisCeu.

This event is sponsored by My Happy Place Gallery and the 30 artisans who are a part of its cooperative, The Town of Hudson and The Local Bean in Hudson.
