Granite Falls Resident Sydney Davis among GWU Seniors Recognized for Excellence
BOILING SPRINGS, NC (May 7, 2018)…A local student has been named to the 2017-2018 list of “Who’s Who Among Students at Gardner-Webb University.” Each year, graduating seniors are selected for the designation based on scholastic performance and extra-curricular involvement.
Mathematics-Teacher Education major Sydney Davis of Granite Falls, N.C., was a recipient of the annual award.
To be considered for recognition, students must have an outstanding grade point average, participate in school organizations or leadership activities, be involved in the community, and exhibit future leadership ability or potential. Students are nominated for Who’s Who consideration by a faculty or staff member.
