Granite Falls native making waves at Ohio Northern University

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH (November 9, 2019) — Granite Falls native and South Caldwell High School graduate Marissa Taylor is a member of the Ohio Northern University Polar Bears Swim Team.

Below are Marissa’s results from a recent meet at the Calvin (Mich.) Quad at the Venema Aquatic Center at Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan that took place on the 8^th and 9^th of November.

The 800 free relay team of Schauer, Starkey, junior Marissa Taylor (Granite Falls, N.C./South Caldwell), and sophomore Karli Katterle (Rocky River) placed sixth in 8:39.73.

Marissa Taylor added a sixth-place finish in the 200 back, touching in 2:16.96.
