Granite Falls man charged with Indecent Liberties and Second Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

GRANITE FALLS, NC (December 13, 2016)…Michael Lee Dula, age 34, of Midas Bolick Rd, Granite Falls NC, was arrested by Det. R. Crosby of the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office on 12/12/2016.

Dula’s arrest comes after confidential information was received that he had inappropriate photographs and videos of underage girls stored on his mobile device. It is unclear at this point how or if Dula knows the girls in the photos and videos.

Dula was charged with Indecent Liberties and Second Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $150,000 secured bond.

The investigation is ongoing.
