GRANITE FALLS, NC (May 5, 2018)…The Granite Falls Garden Club has awarded the April Yard of the Month to the home of Barbara Timms and Anne Seitz on 20 Montclair Avenue in Granite Falls. The yard is landscaped with pink phlox that started from two plants back in 1994. It now surrounds the entire front of the lawn. Other areas of the yard has purple Irises, candy tuff, ice plant and hosta. The lawn is well manicured by Anne and the flowers maintained by Barbara. Garden Club members Nancy Mays and Martha Muse presented the award.
