Four drug related arrests made in Lenoir

LENOIR, NC (May 16, 2019) — On May 15th, 2019 at 9:59 am the Lenoir Police Department’s Narcotics Unit, with the assistance of the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, served a search warrant at 1507 Delwood Dr. Apt. 1 Lenoir, NC.  This search warrant was the culmination of a 2 month long investigation.

During the search investigators found 18.1 grams of Methamphetamine, 0.7 grams of Marijuana, 10 dosage units of Clonazepam, 4 dosage units of Alprazolam, 10 dosage units of Oxycodone, 8 dosage units of Buprenorphine, 1 dosage unit of Alprazolam, and 1 dosage unit of Suboxone. According to North Carolina State guidelines, the seized drugs were valued at $3,194.30.

As a result of the search the following people were arrested:

Lisa Deyton was arrested and charged with 1 count of felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and 2 counts of misdemeanor Simple Possession of Schedule 3 Controlled Substance. Lisa received a $45,000.00 secured bond and an initial court date of 05-16-2019.

Lisa’s husband, Richard Deyton was arrested and charged with 1 count of felony Possession of Methamphetamine, 1 count of misdemeanor Simple Possession of Schedule 6 Controlled Substance, and 1count of misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Richard received a $45,000.00 secured bond and an initial court date of 05-16-2019.

Dina Fair was arrested and charged with 1 count of felony Possession of Methamphetamine, 1 count of felony Maintaining a Dwelling for the Use of Controlled Substance, and 1count of misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana up to ½ Ounce.  Dina received a $5,000.00 secured bond and an initial court date of 05-16-2019.

Gary Cloer was also arrested and charged with 1 count of felony Possession of Methamphetamine.  Gary received a written promise to appear in court due to health issues.  He has an initial court date of 05-16-2019.
