Crawdads Fall Fling Set for Nov. 12th

HICKORY, NC (October 26, 2016)…The Hickory Crawdads annual Fall Fling is scheduled for Saturday, November 12th, with the free autumn event running from 11 am – 1 pm at L.P. Frans Stadium.

The family-friendly event is free to the public, with activities including hayrides, arts & crafts, inflatable bounce house & speed pitch, and more. Fans will be able to purchase their favorite ballpark foods at a discounted price, including hotdogs, hamburgers, french-fries, and Pepsi products, with warm apple cider and hot chocolate available as well. Every fan will also be able to pick up a free bag of popcorn.

Fall Fling attendees can take advantage of a variety of sales for the 2017 season. Fans who donate select food items to the Catawba County Backpack Program will earn a $10 discount off a Claw Club membership (regular price $49). The Crawdads will once again be raffling off two Thanksgiving turkeys, courtesy of Galaxy Food Centers. Those who donate food items to the Catawba County Backpack Program will receive an additional raffle ticket. A list of acceptable food items can be found here.

The Fall Fling will be the only day to secure a $99 Party Patio for any 2017 April or May game and the last day to take advantage of the current ticket book deal, which includes 4 free ticket vouchers in addition to the 10 included in the regular ticket book.

The ‘Dads team store will also be open with several merchandise sales.
