LENOIR, NC (September 26, 2018) — The holiday season can be emotionally stressful when you are coping with a loss of a loved one. The grief support services of Caldwell Hospice will present Coping with the Holidays on Thursday, October 4, 2018, from noon to 1:30 p.m., at Ashewood Grief and Counseling Services, 1002 Ashe Ave., Lenoir, NC.
Chaplain John Robbins, MDiv, BCCC, will lead a discussion about ways of planning holiday events, remembering the missing loved ones, avoiding additional stress, and caring for yourself during a festive but difficult time.
Caldwell Hospice is committed to providing grief support services to anyone who needs and wants help in coping with their grief, including those with no hospice affiliation. Sponsored through Ashewood Grief and Counseling Services, the grief support services of Caldwell Hospice, and through the generous support of the community, Coping with the Holidays is one of many education/fellowship opportunities offered to help individuals of all ages cope with the loss of people they love.
