City of Lenoir Fall Trash Bash set for September 19 – 23

LENOIR, NC (September 6, 2016)…Need to clean your neighborhood of cans, bottles, and litter?

The Sanitation Division of Public Works will pick up residential trash of this type during the annual Fall Trash Bash. You may put debris in bags or boxes, and place items behind the curb or ditch line for removal by city crews at no charge. It will be picked up on your regularly scheduled pick up day and should be within reason for two people to handle.

Items that WILL NOT be picked up are:

•Building Materials
•Electronics
•Hazardous Chemicals such as Paint, Paint Thinner, Ammonia, etc.
•Tires
•Tree Stumps
