Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office raids residence in Warrior Community
LENOIR, NC (April 26, 2017)…Sheriff Alan C. Jones has announced on April 24, 2017, two individuals were arrested and charged on suspicion of distributing crack cocaine after a search warrant was executed on a residence located at 3048 Warrior Road in Lenoir, NC. Samuel Antonio Patterson, aka “Doo Doo”, age 25, of 3048 Warrior Road and Alize Nicole Caldwell, age 18, of 145 F Stonebridge Drive in Morganton were taken into custody at the residence without incident. The search warrant was based on undercover buys that occurred at the residence during the last month. Agents searched the home and located approximately ½ ounce of crack cocaine, a small amount of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia items. The drugs have a street value of $2,800 according to North Carolina State Drug Guidelines.

• One (1) Count Felonious Maintain a Dwelling to Keep/Store a Controlled Substance.
Patterson was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $50,000.00 secured bond. He has a first appearance in District Court in Lenoir on April 25, 2017.
Alize Nicole Caldwell, B/F, age 18

• One (1) Count Felonious Possession with Intent to Sell/Deliver Crack Cocaine.
Caldwell was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $10,000.00 secured bond. She has a first appearance in District Court in Lenoir on April 25, 2017.
Both Patterson and Caldwell were also served with outstanding warrants. Patterson was served with Cyberstalking and Harassing Phone Call and issued an additional $8,000 secured bond. Caldwell was served with Failure to Appear on Disorderly Conduct and Simple Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance and issued an additional $8,000 secured bond.
