LENOIR, NC (October 5, 2016)…Sheriff Alan C. Jones has announced the Caldwell County Criminal Investigations Division conducted two search warrants in response to multiple Breaking and Entering Cases in the Sawmills/ Dudley Shoals area. During these searches, property was recovered and returned to the victims. Amber Ruby Jean Snipes age 25 of 4465 Helton Road in Granite Falls was arrested and charged with Breaking and Entering, Identity Theft, Larceny After Breaking and Entering, and Possession Stolen Firearm. Joshua Lee Williams age 28 of 4465 Helton Road in Granite Falls was arrested and charged with Breaking and Entering, Identity Fraud, Obtaining Property False Pretense, Possession Stolen Property. Angela Hice Michael age 45 of 2093 Dudley Shoals Road was arrested and charged with Maintaining Vehicle/ Place Controlled Substance, Possession Stolen Goods/ Property, and Trafficking Opium or Heroin. Thomas Walter Cogdell age 45 of 2093 Dudley Shoals Road was arrested and charged with Maintaining Vehicle/ Dwelling/ Place for Controlled Substance.
