LENOIR, NC (June 10, 2019) — At the School Board meeting held this evening, Superintendent Dr. Donald Phipps announced 24 administrative changes some effective as soon as June 17.
The follow principal transfers were announced:
Kelly Smith from Davenport A+ to Sawmills Elementary
Meredith Griffin from Happy Valley School to the Early College High School
Courtney Wright from Sawmills Elementary to Granite Falls Middle School
Adam Windmiller from Hudson Elementary to Happy Valley School
Gwyn Roop from Dudley Shoals Elementary to Horizons School
Jeni McNulty from Kings Creek School to Hudson Elementary School
Melissa Costin from Granite Falls Middle to Kings Creek School
Julia Lovett from Hudson Middle School to Lower Creek Elementary School
Chad Smith from South Caldwell High School to Whitnel Elementary
Jay McCarraher from Collettsville School to Assistant Transportation Director
Leigh Ann Frye from Lower Creek Elementary to Director of High School Education
Anna Crooke from Gamewell Middle to Director of Middle School Education
Kim Case from Whitnel Elementary to Coordinator of Innovative & Online Education

Monica Martin, Assistant Principal at Gamewell Middle to Principal at Gamewell Middle School
Katie Elliott, Assistant Human Resource Director to Principal at Hudson Middle School
Keith Hindman, Director of Middle School to Principal at South Caldwell High School
Dr. Katrina McEllen, Director of High School Education to Assistant Superintendent of Educational Program Services
