LENOIR, NC (June 23, 2019) — On June 22nd, 2019 at approximately 7:24pm Caldwell County deputies were dispatched to a shooting in the 5600 block of Anthony Creek Road in the Globe Community of Caldwell County. When deputies arrived, they found Larry Milton Gragg, age 55, deceased. As a result of the investigation by Caldwell County investigators, Richard Lee Crump, age 56, of the Globe Road in Lenoir was arrested and charged with Murder. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center with No Bond. The investigation will continue.
