CALDWELL COUNTY, NC (December 9, 2018) — Due to inclement weather, Caldwell County has issued a mandatory curfew for December 9th, 2018, starting at 8:00pm and ending December 10th 2018at 6:00am. The curfew is for Caldwell County only, not municipalities.
