Caldwell County Inclement Weather Update

CALDWELL COUNTY, NC (December 10, 2018) — Caldwell County Offices will operate on a two-hour delay tomorrow, December 11th due to inclement weather.

Please note the following from Caldwell County Emergency Services:

* Caldwell County has lifted the curfew.

* Caldwell County is still in a State of Emergency.

* NC National Guard is continuing to assist Caldwell County EMS.

* At this time (4:23pm) Caldwell County has the following outages:
   6 Blue Ridge Electric and 144 Duke Energy

Due to the prior weather event and potential conditions tonight, Caldwell County Emergency Services advises all citizens to please take care of all business before dark and to stay off the roads. There is a possibility for extreme slick conditions, including black ice.
