BETHLEHEM, NC (December 18, 2017)…On December 16 and 17, 2017, BBC Kids presented “A Country Christmas with a City Twist-mas”, a humorous and heartfelt musical that followed siblings Hannah Grace and Will on a holiday adventure in which they leave the big city for a Christmas family reunion with their lovable—but strange—country cousins. Together, the two experienced culture shock, mishap, laughter, and ultimately joy when they realized that God’s love in the birth of Christ is what brings families together.
Speaking parts were done by Gracie Evans, Gavin Bentley, Carter Bowman, Ty Matheson, Abi Icard, Allie Moore, Raegan Sharpe, Savannah Skluzacek, Makayla Williams, Ali Icard, and Chip James. The cast was completed with the singing voices of Madeleine Bentley, Landon Blake, Lucas Church, Blake Cook, Joseph Evans, Kadin Evans, Trey Evans, Nicky Hamilton, Vinny Hamilton, Cooper James, Samuel James, Lawson Lail, Lizzie Lail, Lyla Matheson, Rylan Mosteller, Bella Pennell, Blake Sharpe, Braylon Sharpe, Rilyn Sharpe. A special thank you to the staff and parents who helped organize and make this production possible.
BBC Kids, the children’s ministry of Bethlehem Baptist Church, provides fun, dynamic biblical teaching and activities for children through grade five on age-appropriate levels.
