CALDWELL COUNTY, NC (September 16, 2018) — We are monitoring the gauges at Wilson Creek, John’s River, Mulberry Creek, Yadkin River and Buffalo Creek closely. At this time, all gauges are below flood stage, but they are on the rise and these waters can rise significantly in a very short period of time. Stay Safe!!!

Residents in the Wilson Creek and John’s River communities were asked by Sheriff’s deputies to voluntarily evacuate those flood prone areas.
