CALDWELL COUNTY, NC (December 21, 2016)…911 Emergency Phone Lines became fully functional again for both land lines and cell phone lines around 11 p.m. yesterday.
Caldwell County citizens can call for emergency help once again both ways.
911 was only accessible by cell phone for a 6-hour period yesterday due to an AT&T issue that has now been corrected.
